A Few Reasons — by Sue Quinn

Today we discussed the true story of a teenage girl named Caroline. She was abandoned from her mother and has been in foster homes. Her life was hard and she decided to take her life. An mysterious woman named Joyce appeared and saved her by just simply talking to her. She told her that it is a wrong decision to commit a suicide on such a lovely day. Her trick worked and Caroline calmed down. The question we’ve been asked is who we think Joyce is. We had different answers. An opinion was said that maybe she was on police officer. Or that she was just an stranger who was passing by. I imagine Joyce as an angel who was sent to help Caroline, because the feeling that Caroline got while looking at the world/nature seemed so magical.

Տիկին Սիլվան ուներ հետաքրքիր խոհանոցային առաջարկ՝ «Սյունիք» նախագծի շրջանակում պատրաստել Գորիսի ավանդական տոլմա (կարտոֆիլով և բրնձով): Որպես մեր հետաքրքիր ճամբարի ամփոփում, որոշեցինք միասին պատրաստել տոլման հենց Գորիսի բաղադրատոմսով: Տոլման իր մեջ մսի փոխարեն պարունակում էր կարտոֆիլ և բրինձ: Պատրաստման ընթացքը զվարճալի էր, իսկ արդյունքը՝ շատ համեղ:
