Raising children is not the easiest task. It requires huge effort and patience. For this exact reason, parents find it hard to choose the right way of spending their narrow time with children. However, personally I believe that using the available time for fun is the better option. I feel like this for three main reasons, which I am going to discuss in this essay’s paragraphs.
First and foremost, parents trust educational institutions to give the best knowledge to their children. Additionally, they expect to see great results and improvements of skills. Schools are supposed to put enough effort into their responsibility for children not struggle with their homework. To illustrate, when I was in my younger years, my father was checking my homework for the day. After long hours of working, he was not happy to find out that a certain task was left with questions. Overall, instead of relaxing he was playing a role of a home instructor. As the years pass by and I grow older, the realization hits me that those evenings could have been spent otherwise, if a worked harder.
In addition, no matter how enjoyable a certain career is, working is often exhausting. Finishing a workday makes people desire to have a rest and spend their leisure time in a fun way. Activities that bring positive emotions increase the energy level. To demonstrate, schools have breaks for pupils to go outside and play. Even though, sports may be physically tiring, thus they bring a new source of energy. My point behind this example is, that parents should be able to spend fun time with their children. The mentioned, will be beneficial for both to start living on a positive note.
\\Last but not least, not all parents own the right strategies to teach. Lots of methods used by parents harm the mental health of the child. For instance, trying to learn with my mother was always followed by contradiction and arguments. This experience is saved in the negative archive of my memories. Nevertheless, to escape inconvenience in the relationship between parents and children, it is better to spend the only available time making poor feelings of happiness. The future parenting skills of kids depend on the memories that they have experienced in the period of their childhood.
To put it in a nutshell, I pen down saying, that when busy parents do not have lots of time to spend with their children,the best use of that time is to have fun playing games or sports, rather than doing things related to schoolwork. I tried to explore my opinion, by giving examples from real life.
